RE Applications:	Holding an open house that has an incredible view/backyard/mantle/etc.? Offer to take a photo of any families or couples who come by. Send the Postagram with a "thank you for stopping by!" When taking clients out for a home or city tour, take pictures of them throughout the process (with their kids, in front of a great view or special site, etc.). After they've moved into their new home, send them one Postagram each month using the pictures you took.
