Photo Grid is an application that allows you to combine several different photos into one shareable collage. But it doesn't stop there! Photo Grid also allows you to edit the individual photos via different filters and styles. You can even resize photos, add stickers/captions, and choose from a plethora of different grid backgrounds,

First choose which photos from your mobile device's gallery that you would like to add into the collage. The minimum is 2 photos and the max is 15 photos.

Then pick the layout for how you want the photos to be displayed. You can choose from a simple equal grid.

Or a layout that highlights a specific photo over the others.

Or even an abstract layout. The possibilities are endless!

Once you have designed the collage you love, you can easily share it out to your social sphere using any sharing method that you would like!

Pro Tip 1:
Use Photo Grid to showcase an entire listing all in one photo!

Pro Tip 2:
Photo Grid collages are automatically formatted to fit Facebook and Instagram's photo sizes so that you no longer have to worry about resizing or cropping your image before sharing it!

Instagram: THE photography app for social media!

(Image via http://bit.ly/1otvptJ)

Instagram is a social media application that allows you to take a photo from your mobile device, edit that photo through many different filters and designs, and then share that photo with your sphere. How it differs from other forms of social media is instead of writing a status update describing what you are doing, you are letting a photo tell your story.

With Instagram you can take a live or downloaded photo from a smart phone or tablet and then process it through multiple filters that will change the image's look and feel.

You can even do additional technical tweaks to the photo like changing the brightness, shadows, contrast, and more to really make the photo shine!

Once you have finished editing your photo simply add a caption to it (optional) and then post it onto your Instagram profile. You can even choose to share that photo to your other social media profiles like Facebook or Twitter, thus eliminating the process of having to upload a photo onto each individual profile.

Pro Tip:  #Hashtags

A # (A.K.A. the pound sign) is a way to make a word or string of words into a searchable category on social media. The purpose it serves is to expand the reach of your post to anyone outside of your connections that is interested in the # topic.

For Example: #CENTURY21Award

Open Home Pro: Your New Open House Tool

Open Home Pro is a tablet app that updates your open house experience. The app is a digital version of a sign-in sheet. When someone visits your open house, you can ask them to sign-in via the app on your tablet. The app will then ask a series of brief questions including What is your name? What is your contact information? Do you have an agent? Once filled out, the app will then send that person(s) an email, with your full contact information, thanking them for coming to your open house.  With Open Home Pro you replace the use of a hand written sign-in sheet and now have an easier time following up with leads.

PERKS:
  • Showcase the latest technology for hosting your open house.
  • No more trying to decipher illegible hand writing on sign-in sheets.
  • Automatically follows up with leads.
  • Instantly inform leads of open house price reductions.

Open House Pro Tip:

Quick Tip: Clear Up Your Inbox

Quick Tip!

Start the year off right by clearing your inbox of emails you don't read, BEFORE they arrive by making use of the Unsubscribe option!

(Image via FreeDigitalPhotos.net)

Emails you should unsubscribe from:
  • Emails that you receive on a regular basis and NEVER read
  • Vendors or services that you don't use (did you attend a conference or convention in the last year or two
  • Anything that you don't remember signing up or opting in for

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE:

Option 1:
If you use Gmail or Yahoo, check out UnRoll.Me (Chris Smith  from InmanNext wrote a great article on it). This service will scan your inbox and create a list of your subscriptions. You can then unsubscribe en masse. My favorite part is the RollUp feature, which automatically moves all of my subscriptions to a Label/Folder and out of my inbox, as well as sends me a daily digest of what I've received. This way, I don't necessarily have to unsubscribe, but it keeps my inbox clean.

Option 2:
Whatever email service you use (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), you can manually unsubscribe from emails as they come in. Simply find and click on the Unsubscribe link (this is usually at the bottom). Depending on the service, you may need to click a few more times to confirm.
